About Us
Our mission is to help children in the Greater Cleveland area overcome barriers and achieve their dreams through providing academic, social and emotional learning opportunities.
Our vision is that all people will live in a world where they are empowered with the skills they need to achieve their goals.
Our Values
-
We believe that individuals and communities who are empowered with the skills and programming they need will be able to achieve their desired goals. We value ongoing communication and connection with those we seek to serve.
-
We believe in the importance of identifying needs and removing barriers that impede a person from having a healthy sense of self. We value the provision of skills and resources to increase the likelihood that people will have the strength they need to succeed. -
We believe that the absence of hope is the perception that obstacles will prevent a person from reaching their goals. We value the provision of motivation, resources and information to help people achieve their dreams.
-
We believe in working effectively with those who share our values to achieve our mission. We value positive working relationships that lead to the betterment of the communities we serve.
-
We believe in the importance of diverse, equitable and inclusive spaces. We value diversity in the creation of effective and innovative strategies that meet the needs of the communities we serve.
