Our mission is to help children in the Greater Cleveland area overcome barriers and achieve their dreams through providing academic, social and emotional learning opportunities.

Francesca White

Founder and Executive Director

Francesca founded Inspire Hope in 2020 after seeing a need in her community for more youth programming. She is passionate about empowering children with skills for their future and inspiring hope in their lives. Francesca is the lead facilitator for programming, has a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations and is a licensed substitute teacher as well as licensed treatment level foster parent. She is trained in Program Planning, Creating Trauma-Sensitive Practices and Adolescent Brain Development through Case Western Reserve. She has also completed the Verbal Intervention Training through Crisis Prevention Institute and TBRI through the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. In her free time she enjoys hiking, writing and riding her horse Sunny.
